Walworth As-built Drawings and Sustainable Landscape Design

This project is a multi-phase Remodel/Addition. The first phase revolves around documenting the existing condition of the residence in anticipation of being able to add square footage in the master bedroom, potentially making it a suite. Additionally, the attic space was evaluated for being potentially upgraded to a finished attic with staircase access. The second phase of the project centers on creating a permeable curb for the front parkway. This involves ongoing discussions with the city regarding improvements that can be implemented across the city.
